  1. You are required to follow strictly last date of submission of examination forms to BVIMR New Delhi as mentioned above.
  2. Student will be not allowed to fill up the Examination Form after last date of submission of exam form with late fees and they will be responsible for their academic loss, if any.
  3. The final year students of all courses required to submit convocation form with fee within 15 day of declaration of Result. Convocation form is available in admin. Office.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please make the Demand Draft in favour of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University School of Distance Education, Payable at New Delhi .
                        OR
    You can deposit the examination fee by cash at “Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd.” in BVIMR Campus.
    Bank Timing : Monday to Friday - 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM  and
                                            Saturday  - 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM    and   Sunday  - 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM 
  • Exam forms are available at Administration Office (Mr. Vijay & Mr. Harkesh)
  • Under no circumstances the Examination Forms will be accepted
    1. Without the latest copy/ copies of statement of marks of the preceding examination(s) and
    2. Without unattested two passport size photographs (one on the admit card and another on the exam form).

    Those students who are enrolled in academic study centre on or before 2008-09 and are appearing for more than one year/ part for the same course, they are require to be fill Separate Examination Form for each year / part. 
                                            And

    Those students who are enrolled in academic study centre after 2008-09 and are appearing for more than one year / part for the same course, they are require to be fill “Automation” Examination Form which is incorporated for all the year / part of a course.
